Big Brother Naija 2017 housemate and singer, Debie Rise earlier announced her rebirth and rebranding as Deborah Rise. In a series of announcements on her Instagram page, the singer announced that she will now be known as Deborah Rise. Oluwarise Deborah Ebun or as she is known to the public – Debbie-Rise. She was born on December 20th. Her native state in Nigeria is Kaduna.
