The deceased identified as Boss Destiny, was on his way home from a night club in Sapele area of the state, when he got engaged in a heated argument with some people before he met his untimely death.
It was gathered that after the issue got settled by soldiers, the man was allegedly shot in the chest by some vigilante members in his street. The man was secretly buried that night after he was killed by the vigilante members, to avoid suspicion.
However after a friend who was with the deceased at the time of the incident reported it to the police, the corpse was exhumed and some vigilante members were also arrested.
