Benson Idahosa University students escape death while returning to school

Instagram user @queen_soaly who shared photos from the scene of the incident, disclosed that she was on the phone with her father when the accident occurred.

Thanking God for saving her and the other Benson Idahosa University students, she wrote;

6 @biu_nigeria students boarded this vehicle, I sat in front with the driver while the rest were behind. A reckless driver hit our vehicle, it somersaulted and the glasses shattered but nobody died or sustained any terrible injuries. I was on the phone with my father when this accident occurred.. I thank God for mercies and I’m grateful that I was taught to use my seatbelt always. Thank you @biu_nigeria for the swift medical response. God is indeed very faithful, a thousand tongues can’t thank him enough. Thank you Jesus
