Poverty stricken residents seen scooping spilled fuel from gutter in Ijegun area of Lagos state (Video)

A video of residents of Nepa bus stop scooping fuel from a broken petrol pipeline, has surfaced online.

According to reports, the pipeline began to leak petrol and the residents decided to scoop the fuel, putting their lives at risk.
