According to Radderpoint, the suspect was caught red handed after stealing some pants and bra which he planned to sell for alleged ritual purpose.
The young man was severely beaten by the residents who caught him as they stripped him naked and forced to him wear the stolen underwear in a bid to humiliate him.
It was gathered that the alleged underwear thief was later handed over to the police after much beatings and public disgrace.
