A Chieftain of the All Progressives Party, APC, Shakiru Seriki, has said the governor-elect, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has all it takes to make Lagos State better than where he met it.
Seriki, while stating this during his 80th birthday prayers in Epe, said that the incoming governor will serve the people of the state diligently, as the incoming governor is not a greenhorn in matters relating to governance.
The APC Chieftain added that Sanwo-Olu will deliver on his electoral promises when sworn-in.
His words: “Sanwo Olu is going to serve Lagos people diligently. He is familiar with governance and equally aware of what transpired in the state.
“What happened prior to the election was a lesson for all and I am sure he understood what happened.
“As a leader of the party in Epe, I give thanks to God that I made my contributions to the wellbeing of the party in the division.
“I was instrumental to the emergence of notable party stalwarts in the state. These are people who served meritoriously in the position entrusted upon them.”
