The picture was taken on his courtesy visit to HRM Capt Joseph Timiyan, the Ebenanowean of Ogulagha Kingdom, an oil producing community in Delta State, to Commission 20.5km Yokri, Sokebolou, Obotebe 1, Obotebe 2 Roads in Burutu Local Government Area of the State.
