The Linda Ikeji Media CEO, who visited the UK to be honored with the African Media Personality of the Year award at the 2019 African Achievers Awards, and to launch her SVOD platform, LITV, was welcomed by Councillor Adams and Fajana-Thomas as they congratulated her on her latest achievement.
Susan Jumoke Fajana-Thomas, a Nigerian-born British politician who formerly worked with NTA in Nigeria before she moved to the UK and was elected Mayor of the London Borough of Hackney, took to Instagram to welcome Linda Ikeji to Hackney.
Councillor Fajana-Thomas wrote: “A gracious welcome to Linda Ikeji, oh, ‘Mayor’ Linda Ikeji. It was a delight to welcome you as our guest in Hackney.”
