UNICAL Staff Seen Flogging Post-UTME Candidates (video)

A video making rounds on social media shows a University of Calabar (UNICAL) staff flogging Post-UTME candidates that turned up for the University’s entrance exam that commenced on August 5.

A Twitter user who shared a footage from the scene of the incident blamed the chaos that ensued on “terrible organizational skill”.
