Four months after, Governor El-Rufai appoints two more women as advisers

Four months after the swearing-in ceremony of commissioners and special advisers into the state cabinet, the appointment of two more women as special advisers in Kaduna state has been confirmed by the sitting governor of the state, Nasir El-Rufai.

This was disclosed in a statement released by his media aide, Muyiwa Adekeye who stated that the two women were among the list of seventeen (17) aides appointed by the governor on Tuesday.

The first woman identified as Mrs. Stella Amako is now SA Community Relations while the second woman identified as Hajiya Zainab Shehu, SA Social Development as revealed by the statement.

It was learnt that the new appointments bring the number of women to five among the 11 special advisers in the administration.

The statement said that the other appointees were Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants.

They include Aliyu Haruna, Youth; Ibrahim Ismail, Community Relations; Hafsat Ashiru, Administration, and Nazir Sanusi, ICT.  Others were Mohammed Shuaibu, Stakeholders Relations; Yakubu Yatai, Community Relations; Ibraheem S Musa, Media and Publicity; Ashiru Zuntu, Community Relations; Rabi Manchi, Legal Matters.  Also appointed were Mahmud Aminu, Legal Matters; Aminu Lawal Na-Anty, Youth, Sonia Bature, Environment; Kamal Aliagan, Public Communication; and Sakinat Bello, Environment.
