A young lady identified as Lil fizzle has taken to Twitter to reveal her incredible weight loss, which she has described as the best birthday gift to herself.
Lil Fizie, who was really dedicated to her weight loss regimen, lost 55pounds before her birthday, and she has tagged it her best birthday gift ever. Sharing her ‘before and after photos’, she wrote;
‘My best birthday gift to myself was losing 55 pounds this year’
