Buhari purchases more anti-riot police vehicles to tackle Security challenges

As part of measures to combat the nation’s security challenges, President Buhari has ordered the purchase of about Two hundred (200) brand new anti riot armoured personal carriers and hot water tanks.

The procurement of these vehicles is aimed at combating riot, boosting the capacity of the Nigeria Police Force to deliver effectively, efficiently and appreciably.

It is also expected that the deployment of these operational vehicles will translate to enhanced surveillance of communities in order to improve security.

The vehicles have been delivered to the police force headquarters in Abuja.
