Banky W reacts to the ban of Sugar Rush movie from cinemas

After the movie, ‘Sugar Rush’ was yanked off Nigerian cinemas, actor and singer cum politician, Banky W penned down  an earnest note to movie lovers and fans of the movie.

According to sources,  the movie was allegedly yanked off Nigerian cinemas for ‘depicting’ the operations of EFCC in a relatively ‘poor way’.

However, reacting to the outrage, NFVCB in a statement on its Facebook page signed by Alhaji Adedayo Thomas, Executive Director said, ‘Sugar Rush’ was suspended in cinemas because the temporary approval given for the movie exhibition has expired.

Reacting to the ban, Banky W, who expressed hope that the movie will be back to cinemas, wrote:
