The Jigawa State Sharia Enforcement Command (Hisbah) have arrested 34 suspected commerical sex workers in the state.
WITHIN NIGERIA learnt that the sex workers were arrested after some Sharia Police officials conducted a raid at popular Gada joint in Kazaure Local Government Area by 5:00 AM on Tuesday February 11.
Reacting on the incident, the Hisbah Commander in the state, Malam Ibrahim Dahiru confirmed the raid
He further disclosed that three men were arrested during the raid in which 147 bottles of assorted beer and one sack of empty beer bottles were seized.
