Some Students of Electrical Department, School of Engineering, Yaba College of Technology are delighted and have received ovation upon the completion of a Solar powered Electric Car.
The herculean project was executed by some YABATECH students under the supervision of Engr. Nosa Uwogbiren.
Dr. Christopher Ogbonnaya, Nigeria Minister of science and technology inspected the car and was driven with the car at Eagle Square in Abuja during the exhibition.
Minister of science and technology in an interview promised to support the School to make the Car more conducive and reliable.
Everyone present was amazed at the beautiful project and they all embrace the technology. While some commented on how useful it would be, others said a problem has been solved.
Within Nigeria congratulate all who partook in this project, as we continue to monitor this development.
