Personal Assistant to President Buhari on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, has replied BBNaija’s Nina after she doubted the photo of Buhari, which was shared to dispel rumours that he tested positive for Coronavirus and travelled to the UK for treatement on Wednesday March 25th.
Recall that there were viral reports that President Buhari and his Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari have been secretly flown out of the country for medical treatment, after allegedly testing positive for COVID-19.
Bashir Ahmad, denied the rumours and shared a photo of Buhari in his office to prove his point, but Nina, saw the photo on an Instagram page and expressed doubts about the authenticity of the photo.
She wrote:
“Old photo I guess , he z trying so hard to make us believe he is still in the country….smh”
And Bashir replied her, claiming that the photo is very new..
