Abba Kyari: Buhari’s Aide reacts to viral video of NCDC official dumping PPE in public

Presidency has addressed the viral video of an NCDC official dumping his PPE on the roadside after Abba Kyari’s burial.

Bashir Ahmad, a Personal Assistant on Media to President Muhammadu Buhari, took to his social media page to address the issue, saying that the Personal protective equipment of the man who was captured removing it by the roadside after Abba Kyari’s burial was later picked by a dedicated NCDC staff who burnt them.

He wrote;

The video of an NCDC official dumping his PPE is misleading. True, some officials removed their PPEs at the cemetery, but a dedicated staff went around, picked all and put them in a casket and then used a chemical to burn them. They also disinfected the environment, immediately.
