JUST IN: Lagos, Ogun confirms date for reopening of schools

The Lagos State Government has confirmed that all public and private schools below tertiary level, will resume on Monday, January 18, 2021.

This will be the start of the second term for the 2020/2021 academic session.

This was announced on Friday, by the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo.

Adefisayo noted that this is in line with the Federal Government’s resolution after reaching a consensus with relevant stakeholders.

Similarly, the Ogun state Ministry of Education, Science and Technology have also directed all primary, secondary, as well as Government Science and Technical Colleges across the state to resume on Monday, January 18.
