Award-winning Afrobeats singer Adekunle Gold gifted the winner of Big Brother Naija season 10, Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max.


Recall that Adekunle Gold had publicly announced that he would gift the winner of BBNaija Season 10 a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max as a personal congratulatory gesture during his performance at the grand finale.

The Afropop sensation has fulfilled his promise to the show’s winner, Imisi.

Imisi expressed deep appreciation to Adekunle Gold and described the gesture as a “beautiful surprise.”

According to Imisi, it reminded her that humility and hard work truly pay off. This show of generosity melted the hearts of Nigerians, particularly his fans.

Many netizens have praised the Afrobeats star, Adekunle Gold, for fulfilling his promise to Imisi, the winner of BBNaija Season 10.

However, WITHIN NIGERIA gathered that Opeyemi Ayanwale, better known as Imisi, is not the first beneficiary of the Afrobeats winner, Adekunle Gold’s generosity, as many people, including close relatives, have benefited from him too.

THE NOODLES SELLER?

Afrobeats singer Adekunle Gold surprised a noodle seller with a generous gift of over 50 cartons of Indomie.

This act of generosity was extended to the noodle seller after she shared a video of herself listening to his song “Coco Money” in her kiosk.

Eyinju, the noodles seller, had commented on one of Adekunle’s posts, mentioning she enjoyed his music while working.“I dey chop coco money every day on my MP inside my Pako Indomie café,” she wrote.

Adekunle Gold responded with a promise to help stock up her shop, and true to his word, he sent a large package of noodles to her store.“Let’s help you stock up more @adekunlegoldfp,” he replied.

Eyinju wrote, “To the ever-golden Adekunle Gold @adekunleGOLD, I’m truly overwhelmed with gratitude. It still feels like a dream because just a few days ago, you reacted to my post vibing to your amazing new jam, ‘Coco Money’ 🎶, and promised to stock up my Indomie café.”

“Today, you showed up big—50 cartons (super pack) of Indomie, just like that! Your kind gesture and down-to-earth nature have touched me deeply. Thank you for believing in my little café dream and adding your own flavor to it.”

FIRST – CLASS GRADUATES?

Award-winning Afrobeats singer, Adekunle Gold on 17th of July, 2025 credited multiple first-class students from various universities with #250,000 each.

This act of generosity came after the Afrobeats singer invited students to share their transcripts on X, sparking a flood of responses from internet users.

“If you graduated with First class, post your transcripts,” he wrote.

WITHIN NIGERIA gathered that first-class graduates who shared their transcripts were credited with N250,000 each.

WIFE?

Afrobeats singer, Adekunle Gold on Valentine’s Day gifted his wife, Simisola a bouquet of flowers, jewelry, and a cake.

He also gifted her a multimillion-naira diamond necklace with her name, SIMI, boldly inscribed on it, to celebrate her 35th birthday.

He also gifted her a brand new car, barely a week after buying luxurious jewelry for Simi and their kid.

MOTHER?

Afrobeats singer, Adekunle Gold gifted his mother, Folakemi Kosoko, a house during her 60th birthday celebration.
