Nigerians have taken to microblogging and social networking service, Twitter to express their shock following the infusion and mention of terrorist group Boko Haram in certain scenes and episodes in season 5 of Money Heist.
The much anticipated season 5 of the Spanish series was released in Nigeria on Friday.
Recall that in the maiden season’s opening montage, the N100 note was shown alongside other currencies but the big one is the mention of Boko Haram in the new season.
Money Heist is a Spanish series that has amassed a global audience for its unique plot about a criminal mastermind who goes by the name professor, who recruits criminals with abilities to pull off the biggest and seemingly most impossible heists in history.
