Popular Movie Producer, DeVon Franklin and Meagan Good have broken up after nine years of marriage.
Devon, on Monday, December 20 filed a suit to divorce actress Meagan Good over irreconcilable differences, saying they have been separated since August.
He took to his Instagram page disclosing that the decision was taken after much prayer and consideration.
His post read, “After much prayer and consideration, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected.
“We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal. There is no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love.”
He added that they are “incredibly grateful for the life-changing years we have spent together as husband and wife.”
Devon, in a document obtained by E News, requested that neither party should receive spousal support as they have no children together.
Meagan immediately after the news broke out, shared a quote on her Instagram Story on Dec. 20, writing, “Healing is not pretty, but the other side is freaking beautiful.”
