When Goya Menor released his hit song, ‘Ameno Amapiano Remix (You Wanna Bamba?)’ in 2021, the popular hype man took Nigeria by tremendous storm and rose to instant fame. We didn’t know he has the plan of making the song a global track.
Goya Menor has confirmed he would feature Grammy Award-winning French DJ and music producer David Guetta on another remix of the song, which will make the ‘Ameno Amapiano Remix’ international version.
The original version of ‘Ameno’ is a song by the French new-age musical project Era (stylized as +eRa+). The track was released on June 1, 1996, as a single from their self-titled debut album Era and became a chart success in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, and Latin America.
Following the path of the song’s multiple successes, Goya Menor linked up with David Guetta, who understands what such a song requires to make it even bigger in the international market.
Being of French native, WithinNigeria can authoritatively confirm that David Guetta is the right man to feature on the Amapiano remix of ‘Ameno’.
The song is slated for release on Friday, April 22, 2022.
