Former Big Brother Naija season 7 housemate, Chizzy Francis has pleaded that the ongoing reunion of the reality show be postponed with immediate effect.
It is no news that controversies have continued to trail the BBNaija S7 reunion show ever since the former housemates began to attack themselves.
It’s been on for just four days but drama has been flying around with the latest controversy being between the famous “Edo sisters” Phyna and Chichi.
Day 4 of the reunion show, which aired on Thursday night, saw Phyna calling Chichi a deadbeat mother who abandoned her two children and husband in Benin City. She added that one of Chichi’s children is dead and all the parts of her body are enhanced with BBL surgery.
Following criticism, Phyna said she didn’t say those things unprovoked because Chichi had wished her death and also called her unprintable names like abortionist, womb-less, drug addict, junky, amongst other. She added that the show’s organizers cut out parts where Chichi was insulting her.
This comes after Chichi and Deji had their field day, with the former accusing her ex-love interest of leading her on.
Lamenting the toxic nature of the reunion show via his Twitter handle on Friday morning, June 23, Chizzy pleaded with the host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu to talk to the organisers to postpone the show.
According to him, the reunion is affecting his mental health. Chizzy tweeted:
“Please @Ebuka can you tell biggie to postpone this reunion cos of my mental health.”
