Nollywood actress Oma Nnadi has shared her concerns about the rising cost of living in Nigeria, prompting a mixed response from the public.

On her Instagram story, the actress questioned how people are navigating the current economic climate, marked by increasing prices of goods and services.

Oma Nnadi expressed curiosity about the general well-being of Nigerians, noting the apparent lack of widespread discussion on the issue.

She wrote: “This increase in prices of goods and services is really much ooo I don’t understand how re we even coping It’s really much. Why is nobody talking Please are you people okay Checking something. Because we all seem to be living and moving. Is there. Something I don’t know.”

Her post sparked a conversation on social media, with some individuals sharing their own experiences and perspectives on the matter.

Actress Oma isn’t the only one concerned about the high cost of living in the country, Actor Saidi Balogun had earlier cried out over economic hardship.

In a post on his Instagram page, the Yoruba actor who was a strong supporter of Tinubu during the 2023 presidential election, raised questions about the existence and effectiveness of price control and regulatory agencies in the country, seeking clarification on measures to mitigate the impact of inflation

The actor highlights the need for measures to address the rising prices impacting individuals and businesses in the country, stating that the situation is already getting out of control.
