Nigerian comedian Woli Arole has penned an open letter to ‘woke’ Nigerians, amidst the ongoing discussion surrounding unusual church testimonies.

Recently, the Lord’s Chosen church has gained significant attention on social media due to the extraordinary nature of some testimonies shared during services.

Woli Arole in reaction took to his Instagram page to share his thoughts on the matter, directing his message towards individuals who tend to mock supernatural experiences.

In his letter, Arole emphasized the importance of acknowledging the spiritual aspect of life, cautioning that one’s opinions or dismissive attitudes do not alter the truth.

He urged his audience to consider the possibility that life’s complexities may exceed human understanding, concluding with a call to reflection.

He wrote:

“A letter to my generation: I see a lot of assume WOKE people, that love to mock anything SUPERNATURAL. See I pray you don’t enter trouble before you realise that life is SPIRITUAL!!!!. Your OPINIONS or CRUISE doesn’t change the TRUTH!!!. Can you hear me at the back?”

Recall that the head pastor of the Lord’s Chosen church had revealed how a capsized boat resurfaced after people onboard began screaming God of Chosen.

According to him, following their loud scream, the boat gradually resurfaced. He noted that even a little child who sank also came up to the surface.
