Suspected hired assassins have killed Bishop Wisdom Azukaego, of Jesus Embassy Adoration Ministry in Nnewi, Anambra State.
It was gathered that the prophet popularly known as Onowu Jesus and Onowu Ugonabo, was found dead on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
Azukaego was abducted by gunmen three days before he was found dead.
Details of the incident are still sketchy at the time of filing this report.
Meanwhile, friends, colleagues, and church members have taken to Facebook to mourn him.
WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that gunmen in February killed Dr. Anthony Eze, a lecturer with Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra state.
It was gathered that Eze, a lecturer with the Faculty of Education at the university, was shot dead on Tuesday morning.
