Dr. Aproko, a well-known social media figure, has issued significant breast cancer health cautions to his female fans.

According to the Aproko doctor, smoking shisha, also known as hookah, can increase the risk of breast cancer in women.

Shisha smoking has gained popularity as a social activity, especially among younger people, but it is known to have many adverse health effects.

While breast cancer is commonly associated with genetics and lifestyle factors, such as diet and exercise, the risk of developing the disease can also be influenced by environmental factors, including smoking.

Shisha use may cause cell distortions in the body, raising the chance of cancer-causing mutations.

This is especially important in Nigeria, where breast cancer is a prominent cause of death among adolescents and young people.

Dr. Aproko strongly advices young people to avoid shisha to reduce their risk of breast cancer. Even delicious variants, such as pineapple can deceive in terms of their safety.

Dr. Aproko stated that these flavors frequently contain chemicals that are harmful to the body.

Additionally Dr. Aproko provided important health recommendations in areas other than shisha.

He promoted walking as an effective and natural technique of weight loss.
