- The group was said to have been taken on their way to Kogi, from Abuja.
- A colleague who cried out claimed the abductors have made a demand of 10million Naira each.
An Abuja-based juju musician, Omoba De Jumbo Beats and members of his band have allegedly been kidnapped by gunmen.
It was gathered that the singer and his crew were abducted while going for an event on Sunday, December 17.
Adeyinka Adeboye, a musician better known as Boyebest broke the news of the abduction through his Instagram account.
He wrote;
“A whole full band members kidnapped, Naija is fucked up I swear my prayers are with you guys. You all would come out alive.”
They were said to be kidnapped by unknown gunmen after performing live at a show in Abuja during the weekend. He claimed the kidnappers are demanding N10 million ransom to release them.
Boyebest added;
“May God in His Infinite mercy bring you guys back home in peace in Jesus Name. GOD pls bring these your children back home 💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔 This is so so scary God have mercy
