In the video, the man who hid in a corner took the female soldier unawares as he rushed towards her and knelt while handing her a flower. He went on to give her some money.
The female soldier who was with her male colleague accepted the flower while blushing hard.
However, what caught the attention of netizens was the fact that she failed to pick up some of the cash that fell on the ground, stirring commendations from netizens.
