Nigeria has recorded 38 fresh infections of deadly disease, Coronavirus in 7 states.
The COVID-19 result was announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update for Sunday, February 13, 2022.
According to the agency’s report, the breakdown of new cases across states is as follow; Lagos-19, Imo-10, Plateau-3, Nasarawa-2, Osun-2, Kaduna-1 and Ogun-1.
The NCDC said 74 persons were discharged after recovering from the infection.
Also, there were no fatalities on Sunday.
The agency said the report includes 19 cases reported for Lagos state for February 12 (9) and 13 (10).
Nigeria now has a total of 254,096 confirmed cases, 230,397 recoveries and 3,141 deaths.
