Oleksandr Zinchenko, a defender for Manchester City, is scheduled to check in for his medical examinations with Arsenal in advance of a £30 million transfer.
Zinchenko and the Gunners have worked out the details of his personal contract, and both clubs have come to an understanding regarding the terms of the deal.
Zinchenko will now finalize the move this week, starting with his medical tests.
This was confirmed by football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano.
Romano tweeted: “Oleksandr Zinchenko to Arsenal, here we go! Full agreement in place since Friday with Man City for £30m guaranteed fee, personal terms also agreed. Zinchenko, always been keen on re-joining Arteta.
“Contract until June 2026, as per @David_Ornstein – medical this week.”
