Terem Moffi, a forward for the Super Eagles, scored his ninth goal of the season as Lorient fell to champions Paris Saint-Germain 2-1.
After nine minutes, PSG took the lead thanks to Brazilian forward Neymar.
Eight minutes after the half, Moffi brought the home team’s score to even.
It was a superb solo goal as he dashed through several markers before he rifled home with his left foot.
He has now scored one goal more than he did last season.
Danilo Pereiro netted the winning goal for PSG nine minutes from time.
