Some intending pilgrims were involved in a road accident in Nasarawa state on Wednesday.
It’s gathered that the accident occurred around Kara, Keffi Local Government Area of the state
The incident happened when an 18-seater bus conveying the prospective pilgrims from Nasarawa State to Abuja crashed.
They were on their way to Abuja for airlifting to Saudi Arabia on Thursday for the 2023 Hajj.
No statement has been issued by relevant authorities regarding the incident yet.
Details of the accident were still sketchy but it was gathered that some occupants sustained injuries.
