Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has called on Nigerians to rally behind President Bola Tinubu in his efforts to transform Nigeria’s fortunes and improve the standard of living for its citizens.

During the 2025 Interfaith Thanksgiving Service held at the Obafemi Awolowo Civic and Convention Centre in Ado Ekiti, Oyebanji emphasized the importance of national unity and optimism.

He appealed to Nigerians to avoid negative remarks about the country, noting that Nigeria is on a promising path toward economic recovery and prosperity.

The governor praised President Tinubu’s bold reforms as measures designed to yield significant benefits. According to him, the president’s courage in making critical decisions demonstrates his genuine commitment to the welfare of the masses.

Oyebanji also thanked God for granting Nigeria a leader with the vision and determination to make transformative changes. He encouraged citizens to remain hopeful and supportive as the nation progresses.

In his address, the governor reaffirmed his dedication to the development of Ekiti State. He pledged to serve the people with unwavering commitment, integrity, and faith.

“As your chief servant, I promise once again, before God and all of you present here, to give my all in service. I will lead with truth and the fear of God,” Oyebanji stated.

He expressed confidence that 2025 would mark accelerated growth and progress for Ekiti State and its residents.
