Transformer Vandal escape death by whisker, burnt head-to-toe by electric fire in Anambra

These photos and video below show a man who was badly burnt in the proces of vandalising a tranformer.

According to reports, he was trying to steal oil from a street transformer yesterday morning and got burnt in the process while using his phone as touch light.
