Unfortunately, all plans for the nuptials had to be abandoned after the groom who went for a conference never made it back home. Just before leaving, the couple had both joked that if he never made it back in time for their wedding, Syari whould take photos and send to him.
Although, it was a different plan and a silly joke, the bride decided to keep the promise and posed in her wedding photos alone, to honour the memory of her beloved. Though painfully, she smiled in the photos and revealed that she was doing what she promised him to cherish his memory.

The photos are now making waves online with the strong message of how one can draw strength from tragedy and even when the future is not promised. The heartbroken bride posed in her wedding dress and showed the world just how beautiful she was going to look for her special day.
The couple met back in middle school and their love had been a major drive in bettering themselves. She captioned the photos: “Although there is sadness that I can’t describe, I have to smile for you. I can’t be sad, I have to stay strong as you always told me to.”
