An extraordinarily tall teenage boy from Swedru School of Business in Ghana whose photos went viral has been offered an opportunity to be trained as a professional basketball player.

The 14-year-old boy became an internet sensation after a photo of him reportedly standing with his headmaster and assistant headmaster went viral.

In the said photo, the student stood very tall, as the two staff members struggled to even meet his shoulder with their heights. This impressive sight of the uniformed boy caused a stir on social media as many could hardly believe their eyes.

Well, it would appear that the photo also crossed the border of Africa into the European continent.

Many Ghanaians and foreigners who sighted the photo were awed by the boy’s amazing height, with some immediately suggesting he will be a perfect fit for basketball.

Popular sports journalist, Saddick Adams aka Sports Obama, shared screen shots of a conversation he had with a staff of the University who was interested in taking the teenager and training him.
