A 45-year old man, one Karibi Minah, has landed in trouble in Lagos after he vented his anger on a 29-year old lady for denying him sex at the last minute.  Following her refusal, Minah was said to have become angry, beat the lady mercilessly and tore her clothes while dragging her to the bed to fulfill her part of their earlier agreement.

It was gathered that Minah had an arrangement with the lady simply known as Yetunde for a sex romp. However, after Minah had prepared his mind for the act, Yetunde was said to have changed her mind for an undisclosed reason and wanted to leave. It was at that point that he was said to have begged her to no avail and then descended on her tearing her clothes in the process.

The victim went to the police and reported the assault. Minah was then arrested and detained at the Shomolu Division for interrogation. During interrogation, Minah told the police that Yetunde insulted him and he acted in anger.

The police asked the suspect how she insulted him; he explained what happened and how she denied him sex against their initial agreement. After investigation, the police found him culpable and charged him before the Ogba Magistrates Court for the alleged assault. He pleaded not guilty. The prosecutor, Inspector Benson Emerhi, did not oppose his being granted bail.
