Maryland Police have stated that Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh is not the person of interest in the murder of his wife Bettie Jenifer. Bettie Jenifer was shot few days ago by an unidentified man while she was returning from work.
Shortly after the lady’s death, many social media users fingered Chris Attoh as the brain behind it as they based their evidence on the fact that he deleted all her pictures from his Instagram page few days to the murder.
However, Maryland Police have come out to clear the air on the issue by clearing him of such accusations. They buttressed their point using a tweet he shared 30 minutes before his wife was murdered.
It reads:
“When it comes to relationships, remaining faithful is never an option but a priority. Loyalty is ever”.
Also, a report by KABC-TV confirmed that the actor is not a person of interest in his wife’s murder. Bettie Jenifer was also married to Kedrick Jenifer who is a drug kingpin serving term in jail in America. They reportedly filed for divorce last month.
Chris and Bettie got married last year after his divorce with his ex-wife, Nigerian actress Damilola Adegbite.
