Wizkid shares heartbreaking news with fans, reveals date of new song

Wizkid recently took his fans by surprise after sharing a completely unexpected revelation on his social media page.

Although the music star has had a couple of major collaborations with colleagues like Larry Gaga, DJ Spinall, Olamide amongst others, his music lovers have all been looking forward to a sole music project from him.

A visit to his social media page also shows that the singer has been dropping teasers for a single titled Joro, over the past few months.

However, in a completely unexpected twist, the Soco crooner shared a worrisome piece of information for those that have been anticipating new creative materials from him.

Wizkid in a post shared on the Instastory channel of his IG page revealed that he would be releasing new music in five years.

He said:

“New music in 5 years.”

Although the celebrated superstar did not give further details, it appears his fans base would have to tolerate an unanticipated hiatus from him.
