Couple Tie The Knot In Jeans And T-shirts To Save Wedding Cost (Photos)

A European couple identified as, Rebecca and Glen Maxwell, has inspired many after tying the knot in T-shirts and jeans.

The couple decided to wear T-shirts and jeans to reduce their wedding costs. They paired the outfit with cute trainers. The couple customised their T-shirts and trainers with the words bride and groom.

In the photos, the bride was spotted with her bridesmaids who also dressed in T-shirts and trainers. They also told their 40 wedding guests, including the best man, mother, and father.

The couple, who got engaged in August 2016, started planning their expensive and big wedding immediately. As the planning continued, they realised that the massive wedding was not for them.

In an interview with Metro UK, the cost of the wedding only gave them stress instead of making them excited about their union.

According to the couple, the original wedding cost was £14,000 (N6.2m), but they were able to cut it down to £1,105 (N400k).
