A social media user recently shared the story of a rather disturbing affair that ensued between two of her close family members.
In a post shared on the photo-sharing app, Instagram, the social media user identified as Adaikwerre, started off by noting that she became completely heartbroken after finding out that her 37-year-old male cousin has been having intercourse with her 17-year-old female cousin.
She explained further that the affair between the two is a complete taboo in their culture, adding that, a death penalty is imminent if a cleansing is not carried out as soon as possible.
The lady went on to reveal that after she confronted her cousin, the young girl refused to own up to what had been going on and maintained she had never been to his house let alone have a romantic affair with him.
Adaikwerre on a final note disclosed that she cried all through the night after she found out. She also advised other people to endeavor to check on their younger family members and what they are up to, from time to time.
