Prayer cannot cure coronavirus – Comedian Alibaba warns against pastors and imams

Veteran comedian Alibaba, who is known to be very outspoken about controversial matters has aired his views about the effiicacy of prayers in curing coronavirus.

The renown comedian insisted that prayers cannot cure coronavirus as he warned people against being deceived by pastors and imams.

Sharing on social media, Comedian Alibaba advised people to stay at home as a form of preventing themselves from being exposed to the deadly virus.

According to him, even the Pope and senior pastors have all given the same advice.

He wrote: “Don’t let pastors deceive you, prayer cannot cure coronavirus. Or any Imam… stay safe. Dont test God. You can not be holier than the Pope and other Senior Pastors. They have all said stay at home, away from exposing yourself to contamination and pray. Don’t try to impress anyone with your faith. Be guided”.

A few weeks ago, Alibaba used the closure of Mecca and the Vatican to show how powerful coronavirus is.

Meanwhile, as Nigeria has recorded its first COVID-19 death with the number of infection cases risen to 40, Nigerian Singer, Naira Marley chose to mock the pandemic and call out Marlians to retweet his post if they don’t believe in coronavirus.

This has been causing lots of stirs and Nigerians are raging over his post.
