Eleven out of the 12 governorship aspirants that participated in the All Progressives Congress (APC) screening have rejected the indirect mode approved by the party’s National Caretaker Committee.

The aspirants on Friday sent a formal letter to the party’s Caretaker/Extra-Ordinary National Convention Planning Committee (CEONCPC) in this regard.

The party’s primary election comes up on July 20, 2020.

As it stands, only the incumbent Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, did not append his signature on the letter submitted to the office of the National Chairman of the party in Abuja.
