Nigerian singer and record label boss, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has taken to social media to announce Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) first ever live concert coming three days after Christmas to the delight of his numerous fans.
OBO as he is fondly called took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to make the announcement. He stated that he had waited for a long time to make this a reality but for some reasons, it took this long for his dream to be actualised.
He tweeted,
“You know we’ve been wanting to do this for a long time but many reasons we’ve been unable to. Finally, the time has come. Jungle don mature! I present to you the hottest label in Africa DMW LIVE IN CONCERT! It’s gonna be a movie! See y’all on the 28th EKO HOTEL!!!”
Shortly after he made the post, his 30BG also took to their various social media accounts to make the announcements.
His manager Asa Asika took to his Instagram page to talk about the concert. He posted a picture of the flyer with the caption,
“We present to you the hottest label in Africa! DMW, December 28th whole squad lit! #ThePlug #30BG.”
Another labelmate, Mr May D followed suit, he wrote on in his caption section,
“TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK!! #DMW LIVE IN CONCERT #30BG we go hard on the 28th OF DEC. 2020.”
Dremo wrote on his verified Instagram account,
“First DMW CONCERT EVER! We lit on the 28th! Let’s go.”
