Up and coming Nigerian rapper Michael Ozumba Uchemba popularly known as Zumzy Brown has died.
The 300 level student of Political Science at the Veritas University, Abuja, passed on after suffering an asthmatic attack.
Zumzy Brown, was said to have been rushed to Wuse General Hospital on Tuesday 4th May after the attack but couldn’t make it alive.
One of his friends who mourned him on Facebook revealed that he had bid the world goodnight on his WhatsApp status before his attack and eventual death, and had also sought forgiveness from his girlfriend. Bidding her a good night too and calling her a fine girl, he asked that she forgives him whatever thing he had done to her. Unknown to them, he was speaking of his death.
Sharing a screenshot of his texts to his girlfriend and of his last WhatsApp status, the Facebook user wrote;
“He said, he had 2 much potential. And he said Good night world 💔😭🥺 He also texted his girlfriend 💔 he said good night love of my life 💔😭🥺 Favour take heart. Veritas university of Abuja students’ will never forget you. Sleep well . Our singer 💔😭🥺💔”.
