Ace Nigerian comedian and actor Basketmouth has secured a record deal with revered American music company, Empire Music.
Basketmouth’s deal is coming after the successful release of his acclaimed celebrity-studded debut album titled ‘Yabasi’ in 2020.
‘Yabasi’ album by Basketmouth houses 10 tracks with collaborations from Ice Prince, Ladipoe, Phyno, Peruzzi, Oxlade, Duncan Mighty, Show Dem Camp, Waje, IllBliss, BOJ and others.
The funnyman fun musician confirmed the new deal on his official social media page following weeks of speculations of him signing an international deal.
“Hey guys, did I mention that I’ve been signed by @empire? Well… I am,” he captioned his post.
Basketmouth has now joined Olamide and Fireboy DML who are also part of Empire.
