Most Of My Music Are Heartbreak Songs — Yemi Alade

Yemi Alade

Yemi Alade, a Nigerian songstress with multiple international recognition, has confirmed to her fans that she writes more of heartbreak songs than love songs.

Yemi Alade is one musician who, has over the years, keeps her relationship, romance and private life away from the public.

At a time, the singer was rumoured to be dating her colleague in the music industry, Patoranking, but the report was debunked following the release of their collaborative song, ‘Temptation’.

The ‘Johnny’ crooner, via her official Instagram page, said; “I Keep writing more heart break songs than love songs 💔 🙃”, without disclosing why her writing is channeled towards heartbreak lyrics.

She also expressed her excitement ahead of her forthcoming performance at the Prince Williams’ Earthshot prize awards, where she’ll be gracing the stage with Coldplay and Ed Sheeran on October 17, 2021.
