Nigerian comic actor and musician Basketmouth has taken to social media to lament about the fee he paid to have his haircut.
The multi-talented entertainer disclosed he paid an enormous sum of N58, 000 on his latest haircut in America after his friend hooked him up with the stylist.
Basketmouth, however, joked that the hair which costed him 100 US Dollar must not grow for a minimum of six months, hence, he would burn his head.
In a video posted on his official Instagram page, Basketmouth branded the haircut “Haircut of the year”, and said;
“I’m just leaving the barbershop right now. The guy doesn’t open on Sundays, but he did, thanks to my guy that hooked him up. After I was done, I asked how much he said, just 100.”
Basketmouth said he couldn’t argue the price because of other people present at the barber’s shop. “I couldn’t say that it is too high because people were there, so I gave him a hundred dollars, 58 thousand naira!”
“I love the hair but N58,000? This hair no go fit grow o for at least 6 months. If this hair grows, I will burn my head.”
