Wizkid Sets New Trend With ‘Made In Lagos Deluxe’ Short Film (Watch)

Wizkid

Wizkid has had a great run this year and to round off the year, he decided to set a steady mood for the incoming New Year 2022 with the release of ‘Made In Lagos (Deluxe)’ short film.

Nigerian musicians, over the years have released cinematic short films for their music videos, however, Wizkid spiced it up by dishing out a visually tasty brief movie, plus three music videos for the tracks off the successful deluxe edition of the ‘Made In Lagos’ album.

Wizkid opens the movie with ‘Anoti’. He took viewers on a beautiful journey into what it looks like living in a colourful world of happy people before bringing the Buju-collaborated ‘Mood’ on board. The global star and Buju perfected the visuals with their rhythmic dance steps that breathes calmness.

The last video off the new release, ‘Steady’ preaches love. It presented Wizkid in a garden with a stunning model who he is in love with. The video mirrors the garden of Eden, which has lots of love in it, however, without the presence of a serpent.

Do not forget, Wizkid reeled out an actual short movie with three other videos in it. Hence, if musicians follow this path, don’t hesitate to applaud Wizkid for his creative foresight.
